When traveling through this journey of life, there are dips, curves, crossroads, and valleys. You never really think of all the obstacles that you are currently facing because you are so focused on the destination!
Going after your goal is very similar, yet somehow we see them differently. We see the delay as a failure when in reality, it should make us proud that we have a vision of what we want the end result to be and when we do anything that doesn’t fit that vision, we start over!
The fact that we push through our struggles. We continue on even when we feel like quitting. And the very fact that we have failures, tells me that we never really had a clear direction on where to start but you knew you had to start somewhere even if it didn’t work out!
Perseverance! That’s what it takes! Some of you might have tried to write that book 4 times now and you’re loosing hope that you were even called to write it, but can I tell you that you could be one more try away!
Are you committing the time it takes to accomplish it? Is the time quality? Do you listen to Gods voice even when He tries to wake you at 3:00 in the morning? Do you rise and say yes Lord, here I am?!
Many people wants to reach their dreams but not everyone is willing to walk in the path to achieve it! They want their road to be smooth and paved when many times, roads to success are the rugged back roads! The roads that no one wants to take. The roads that are rough, trip you up, and cause you to work every step of the way.
So my question to you is, how bad do you want it? Is your goal and willingness to get there so strong that nothing can stop you? Sometimes we are our worst enemy! We allow negative thoughts of failures to claim our focus instead of disregarding the distractions and pressing toward the mark!
You can do this! You are the only one that can make it happen! You have a story to tell that many want to hear! You are unique and only you can do what you have been called to do!
Get back up, gather your thoughts, focus on your goal and accomplish it!
