This is the time where people feel like because a new year is approaching, you can make New Years Resolutions in effort of finding yourself.

In my own life, this has been because of my imperfections, thinking if I could just go on a diet to loose weight, I’ll be more attractive. If I could just work out more I’ll have a toner body. If I could just volunteer more, maybe God and others would approve of me.

Although all of these are good to do, the intentions and reasonings was off.

Can I tell you that the only way you will find peace within yourself is:

1) Finding God and making Him the Lord of your life. You can do this by simply asking God to forgive you of your sins and get connected with a bible base church. If you’re looking for a church we have an amazing one in Royse City. For more information go to http://www.thechurchrc.com

2) Pray and spend some alone time with God, being honest with yourself to set realistic goals. This is not a bad thing but many people (including myself) has done them wrong for the wrong reasons. Even the Bible says that without vision, the people perish! Read Terri Savelle Foy’s books, they’re amazing and will help you understand the correct process. For more information go to her website at http://www.terri.com

3) Stop listening to the negative voices that tells you, you’re not worthy enough the way that you are to be able to accomplish your goals because you don’t have this or that lined up. If you need vision cards email me at perfectlovebook@gmail.com and  I will send you a free PDF you can print off and place on your mirror.

Just remember…God can do anything, with anybody that is willing and is obedient!

Through that, you will find peace, you will find the change that you need, you will start finding the REAL YOU that your heart, body, and soul has been searching for; not because of what you’ve done, but because of who He is and what He has already prepared for your calling that only YOU can do!

So my suggestion to you for 2017 would be to stop trying to please everyone, stop trying to perform and start following after God, spending quiet quality time with Him so He can guide you and become the Lord of your life…There, you will find the new you!
