Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is biblical life coaching?
Biblical life coaching is a Christ centered approach to personal growth that combines Scripture, spiritual discernment, and practical strategy.
It is not therapy, and it is not clinical counseling. Instead, it focuses on helping you renew your mind, strengthen your faith, break unhealthy patterns, and move forward with clarity and intentional action.
In our work together, we use biblical truth as the foundation. We identify limiting beliefs, address cycles that keep repeating, establish healthy boundaries, and create practical steps that align your life with God’s design.
This is about transformation from the inside out. It is about partnering with God in your growth and learning how to walk in freedom, authority, and identity rooted in Him.
2. How is life coaching different from counseling?
Life coaching and counseling serve different purposes, even though both can be valuable.
Counseling typically focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, processing trauma, and working through past wounds with a licensed professional. It often looks deeply at the past to bring healing and clinical support.
Life coaching, on the other hand, is future focused and action oriented. It is not therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or mental health services. Instead, coaching helps you gain clarity, set aligned goals, break unhealthy patterns, strengthen spiritual discipline, and take intentional steps forward.
Biblical life coaching specifically uses Scripture as the foundation. We focus on renewing your mind, building healthy boundaries, strengthening your identity in Christ, and creating practical strategies that support lasting growth.
If someone needs clinical care or trauma therapy, counseling is the appropriate path. If someone is ready to move forward with clarity, accountability, and faith-based strategy, coaching can be a powerful next step.
3. Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for the woman who knows she was created for more but feels stuck in patterns that keep repeating.
It is for the one who loves God yet struggles with inconsistency, boundaries, self-doubt, or confusion about her next step. It is for the woman who is tired of surviving and ready to live with intention.
You do not have to be perfect. You do not have to have everything figured out. You simply need to be willing to grow.
If you are ready to break cycles, rebuild your faith, strengthen your identity in Christ, and move forward with clarity and accountability, coaching was designed with you in mind.
4. What kind of issues can we work on together?
Common areas include:
- Breaking destructive patterns
- Rebuilding faith after disappointment
- Setting boundaries
- Identity and confidence
- Spiritual discipline and consistency
- Life transitions
5. Do I have to be “strong in my faith” to work with you?
No. You do not need to have it all together, know all the Scripture, or feel spiritually confident to begin.
This space is for women who are hungry for growth, even if they feel unsure, weary, or spiritually inconsistent. You may be rebuilding your faith. You may be questioning. You may simply know that something needs to shift.
What matters is your willingness to be honest and open. Growth begins with surrender, not perfection.
Together, we create a space grounded in biblical truth, practical wisdom, and intentional accountability so you can strengthen your foundation and move forward with clarity and confidence.
6. What can I expect in a coaching session?
Each session includes:
- Honest conversation
- Biblical guidance
- Clear strategy
- Practical next steps
- Accountability
You will leave with clarity and something specific to work on.
7. How long does coaching last?
The length of coaching depends on the level of support you are looking for and the depth of work you want to do.
Some women begin with a single session for clarity and direction. Others choose a four-week package to build momentum and create structure. Many clients continue beyond that when they are ready for deeper transformation and long-term growth.
There is no pressure to commit beyond what feels aligned for you. We focus on progress, not rushing the process. During your first session, we will assess where you are and determine the best path forward based on your goals and readiness.
8. do i have to pay up front?
Yes. All sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. This ensures your spot is reserved and protected on the calendar.
For clients who prefer flexibility, Vagaro offers Buy Now, Pay Later options at checkout through eligible third-party providers. If approved, you can select that option directly during payment.
9. Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is deeply respected.
Everything shared during your coaching sessions is kept confidential and handled with care. This is a safe space for honesty, vulnerability, and growth.
The only exception would be if there is a disclosure of intent to harm yourself or someone else, or if required by law. Outside of those rare circumstances, what is shared in coaching stays in coaching.
You can come as you are, speak freely, and know that your story is treated with dignity and discretion.
10. What if I have tried everything and nothing has worked?
Many women come into coaching feeling exactly that way. They have read the books, listened to the podcasts, prayed the prayers, and still feel stuck.
Often the issue is not a lack of effort. It is a lack of aligned strategy, accountability, or rooted identity. Information alone does not create transformation. Application, support, and renewed thinking do.
Coaching creates a structured space to slow down, identify what is truly holding you back, and build a plan that aligns with biblical truth and your specific season. We do not chase surface solutions. We address patterns at the root and create practical next steps.
If nothing has worked so far, that does not mean you are beyond change. It may simply mean you have not had the right support or structure yet.
11. How do I get started?
The best place to begin is by booking a Clarity Call.
This initial session gives us space to talk through where you are, what feels heavy or confusing, and what you are hoping to change. It allows you to experience the coaching process and gain direction before committing to a longer journey.
During the call, we will identify key patterns, discuss your goals, and determine what level of support would serve you best moving forward.
You do not have to know exactly what you need. Just take the first step and book your Clarity Call. From there, we build with intention.
